By accessing or using Unidrive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unidrive is a campus super-app designed for Nigerian university students. The Service provides:

  • Social networking and messaging between verified students
  • Campus marketplace for buying and selling goods
  • Ride sharing within campus communities
  • Academic resource sharing (past questions, notes)
  • Event discovery and campus announcements
  • Voice and video calling between users

3. User Eligibility

To use Unidrive, you must:

  • Be a current student, faculty member, or staff of a recognized Nigerian university
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate verification information
  • Maintain only one account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities
  • Not harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Not use automated tools to access the Service

5. Marketplace & Transactions

Unidrive provides a platform for users to buy and sell goods. We are not a party to transactions between users. You acknowledge that:

  • All transactions are at your own risk
  • We do not guarantee the quality or safety of items
  • Meet in public, safe locations for exchanges
  • Report suspicious listings or users

6. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Is illegal under Nigerian law
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Promotes violence or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit
  • Impersonates others

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • User-generated content
  • Interactions between users
  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
